Mr. H. Suresh – Founder

Mr. H. Suresh brings over 25+ years of experience in the real estate sector, with his journey beginning in 1998. He has been deeply involved in land acquisition and development, working extensively with farmers, landowners, and institutional real estate firms across Karnataka.

From 2000 onwards, Mr. Suresh built his expertise as a land acquisition specialist, securing large land parcels for prominent real estate companies. His work has been particularly concentrated in North Bangalore, where he developed strong local networks and long-standing relationships based on trust, transparency, and fair dealings.

Leveraging this experience, Mr. Suresh founded North East Properties in 2011, with the goal of developing and delivering reliable plotted layouts under his own banner. Since inception, the company has successfully executed three major projects:
